Ohio SNAP-ED for Teens

Ohio SNAP-ED is a free nutrition education program serving low-income adults and youth throughout Ohio. Funded by the USDA's Food and Nutrition Services, they serve in partnership with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and The Ohio State University Extension. Their goal is to improve the likelihood that people who receive food assistance (SNAP) benefits make healthy food choices within a limited budget and choose active lifestyles. During this series, Laura Digby of the SNAP-ED will lead teens through the program.
